How to watch Arsenal v. Man United live stream: Erik ten Hag disappointed after loss
Co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe chose to cast another. Man United avoid some further embarrassment with robust team selection.
Erik ten Hag was left disappointed after Manchester United's 3-1 defeat to Arsenal in a pre-season friendly on Sunday.
The Dutchman made a number of changes to his team from the side that beat Liverpool 4-0 in Bangkok on Tuesday, but United were still outplayed by a more experienced Arsenal side.
Ten Hag admitted that his team were not good enough and said that they need to improve quickly ahead of their Premier League opener against Brighton on August 7.
"We were not good enough today," said Ten Hag.
"We made too many mistakes and Arsenal punished us. We need to improve quickly because the Premier League is a very tough competition.
"We have a lot of work to do, but I am confident that we can improve and be a successful team this season."
United's defeat to Arsenal was their second in pre-season, following a 1-0 loss to Atletico Madrid last week.
Ten Hag will be hoping for a better performance when United face Crystal Palace in their final pre-season friendly on Saturday.
